Our Attorneys

Scott and Deborah Casey originate from St. Petersburg, Florida. After graduating from Appalachian State University in 1990, they relocated to Durham, North Carolina to attend law school at the North Carolina Central University School of Law.

Upon graduating from law school in 1994, Scott and Deborah returned to Boone to raise a family and practice law. Scott also enjoys teaching Criminal Law and Procedure as an adjunct professor from time to time at Appalachian State University.

Scott and Deborah have been married since 1983 and enjoy camping, gardening and hiking. They currently have one daughter, Madison, whom they hope will join their practice in the future.
