Ever since Scott was a kid he dreamed of being a lawyer. Now, over 25 years later, he has built a practice with a distinguished reputation of care for the court system, his clients, and his community at large. Scott and Debbie Casey’s love for the mountains began with their undergraduate experience at Appalachian State University and has continued to grow ever since.

Despite his great success as a criminal defense attorney and his distinguished recognition as a Board Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law, Mr. Casey’s greatest pride lies with his ability to help those in need. He is committed to obtaining the best outcome for each of his clients by treating each case with the individual attention it deserves.
